Summerfolk 2010::Forms & Information

	Summerfolk and GBFS Application Forms and Info Links
	The GBFS is currently updating all new application forms with the abillity to be completed electronically. All forms are in the .PDF file format and require Adobe Reader to be installed on your computer. It is entirely your choice how you wish to complete these forms. If you prefer the standard way of printing the form and filling it out by hand, please continue to do so. If however, you would prefer to fill out and submit the forms electronically, please be sure you are using a current version (ver.7 and above) of the Adobe Reader program. (Formerlly "Acrobat Reader"). Use the link at the bottom of this page to update your version of Adobe Reader.
