Jonathan graduated from the University of Guelph in 1984, apprenticed at Donn Zver Pottery in Troy, attended Sheridan College, and held an artist residency at Toronto’s Harbourfront Studios. He now lives and works in Waterdown, ON, where he operates as Harper Pottery and is an artisan at the Summerfolk music festival.
