Calling all community-focused groups!
The Summerfolk Community Village is seeking exhibitors who serve Grey & Bruce counties with heart! If you’re a charity or non-profit organization, we’d love to hear from you. While local groups are preferred, all are welcome if your services support our amazing community.
Hours of Operation:
To ensure strong engagement, we require Community Village booths to be open and staffed during the following times:
Friday: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Important Dates:
Application Deadline: April 30, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: Vendors will be notified via email by May 15, 2025

Summerfolk50 Community Village
Piloted in 2022, the Summerfolk Community Village is a festival attraction that aims to showcase local nonprofits and community-based organizations! The Community Village is located on top of the hill at the south end of the park, towards the Down By the River stage, and will feature a range of informative and interactive booths.

The Grey Bruce Friends and Neighbours (FAN) Club program is a children’s mental health awareness program for children ages 4 to 11 using child-sized hand and rod puppets to discuss social issues affecting them. It has been providing presentations as a program of CMHA Grey Bruce since 2003. The program reaches over 10,000 children and students each year. Some of the topics discussed are dealing with feelings, dealing with anger, dealing with change, coping with bullies, peer pressure, disclosure and self-esteem.
