Aviva Goad
Aviva Goad is a 15-year-old singer-songwriter from Stratford, Ontario, and a proud 2026 Youth Discoveries winner performing at Summerfolk 51. A longtime member of Dayna Manning’s Folk Army, Aviva has spent years developing her voice, musicianship, and songwriting within a supportive community of emerging artists and mentors.
Beyond music, Aviva is an accomplished performer across multiple artistic disciplines. She has appeared as an actor with the Stratford Festival of Canada and performed as a dancer with the National Ballet of Canada, experiences that have shaped her dynamic stage presence and deep love for storytelling through performance.
Blending heartfelt songwriting with a natural emotional honesty, Aviva brings warmth, creativity, and passion to every stage she steps onto. Catch her at Summerfolk 51 as part of this year’s incredible Youth Discoveries lineup and experience one of Canada’s exciting young emerging artists live.
